Genobiotek, a biotech company is currently engaged with active research work in the field of Biotechnology, Nanotechnology and Bioinformatics in collaboration with University of Kolkata,(School of Medical Sciences and Technology) and Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC), Kolkata. Genobiotek has started with novel vision to make the bridge between the industry and academic institution by understanding the needs of the industry and potential of educational institutes and has proved to be one of the leading research and training programme providers in different areas of biotechnology in Kolkata. Realizing gene as the cornerstone of most molecular biology technologies in biotechnology field, Genobiotek is aimed to provide quality teaching and training programs in genomics, proteomics, microbiology, molecular biology and nanotechnology that will help in understanding biology.

Collaborative Research Programme:

Various research activities in association with different Govt. research organizations, colleges, universities and industries have been carried out successfully in our laboratory. The overwhelming response from students of different educational institutions has encouraged us to introduce R & D project and industrial training with industrial perspective which covers a border spectrum of techniques to achieve better placement in job market.

With the request from a number of students and academicians, Genobiotek organize a special training program for candidates so that they can bridge the relation between molecular biology and bioinformatics.

We are engaged in active research and contact research services in the field of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. We provide hands on research training and project work on Biotechnology, Phytomedicines, Physiology, Molecular biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Nano-biotechnology in our laboratory.
